Departing Antigua ... Wed 11th April 2018
We just cleared out of immigration and customs in English Harbor and this afternoon (Wed) we will head up to an anchorage on the west side of Antigua (probably Jolly Harbor or Deep bay) in order to "stage" ourselves for a departure at first light tomorrow. Our plan is to sail to St Eustatia, which is about 70 nM to the north west, and perhaps spend a couple of days there before heading on to St Croix in the US Virgin islands. However, depending how things go, we may just anchor at St Eustatia under "quarantine"overnight and then continue on our way on Friday afternoon to arrive on Saturday in St Croix ... or we might not stop at all and just keep going to St Croix. It's good to have options ...
